Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy covers the Haulorithm service at app.haulorithm.com, operated by Alexandre Gabriel Systems Inc. (a19g.com). Haulorithm is a business-to-business service: most data in it is operational data we process on behalf of the customer organization that controls it.
What we collect
Account information: your name, work email, and sign-in activity, handled by our authentication provider, WorkOS. Operational data: the trucking-operations records your organization submits or connects from its own vendor systems — loads, trips, drivers, vehicles, positions, hours-of-service, and related financial records. Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and operations.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service: authenticating you, showing your organization its own operational data, supporting customers, and auditing access. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Cookies
The Service sets authentication session cookies so you stay signed in. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where your data lives
The Service runs on Google Cloud, and sign-in is provided by WorkOS. Data from your organization’s vendor systems (such as its TMS or telematics provider) is retrieved only with your organization’s authorization.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, each customer organization’s data is isolated at the database layer, and our staff’s access to customer data is limited and audited.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the Service to your organization and to meet our obligations under its agreement, then delete or return it as that agreement provides.
Your choices
Access to the Service is managed by your organization’s administrator — start there for account changes or removal. For privacy questions or requests, contact us via a19g.com; where the law of your jurisdiction grants you rights over your personal information, we will honor them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to customer organizations.
