Terms of Service
Effective July 29, 2026
Who we are
Haulorithm (the “Service”) is a trucking-logistics platform available at app.haulorithm.com, operated by Alexandre Gabriel Systems Inc. (“we”, “us” — a19g.com). These terms govern access to and use of the Service.
Business service
The Service is provided to businesses under an agreement between us and the customer organization. Where these terms and a signed customer agreement differ, the customer agreement governs for that organization.
Accounts and access
You access the Service through an account your organization’s administrator manages. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, WorkOS. Keep your credentials confidential and tell your administrator promptly about any suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for your organization’s lawful business purposes. Don’t interfere with its operation, probe or attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or resell access without our agreement.
Customer data
Your organization retains all rights to the data it submits to the Service or connects through its own vendor systems (for example its TMS or telematics provider). We process that data to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and keep each organization’s data isolated from every other’s.
Operational information
The Service presents operational information — schedules, estimates, vehicle and hours-of-service data — to support your decisions. It does not replace your own compliance obligations: carriers and drivers remain responsible for meeting the regulations that apply to them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and current, but it is provided “as is” and we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the Service evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts your organization paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
Your organization’s agreement governs the term of its access. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the Service or materially violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to customer organizations. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
